By creating an account or using Pick a Winner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pick a Winner is a web-based tool that helps you run giveaway contests on Facebook and Instagram. The Service allows you to:

• Connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.
• Fetch comments from posts and apply eligibility rules.
• Randomly select winners from eligible entries.
• Share public, verifiable results pages.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Facebook and Instagram Integration

The Service connects to Facebook and Instagram through their official APIs. You are responsible for complying with Facebook's and Instagram's terms of service when running contests. Pick a Winner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. You provide your own app credentials and remain in full control of the data accessed through those credentials.

5. Fair Use and Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate contest results, using the Service for fraudulent giveaways, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful behaviour.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain features may require a one-time payment (such as tier upgrades or contest fees). All payments are processed through our payment provider. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Paid tiers and contest fee unlocks are non-recurring and do not auto-renew.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data returned by the Facebook or Instagram APIs.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software that make up the Service are the property of Pick a Winner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms
