We do not publish a postal address on the Service. Where postal address details are required by law, by a regulator, or by another person with a legitimate legal basis for disclosure, those details will be provided on written request to the Support Channel, in accordance with EULA Section 31.1.

Responsibility for content

The operator named above is responsible for the content of pickawinner.pro published by Pick a Winner. Content uploaded or generated by account holders (contest titles, descriptions, prize information, redraw reasons) is the responsibility of the account holder who created it; we do not author, edit, or moderate such content. See EULA Sections 7.3 and 12.5.1 for details.

Disputes

Governing law, dispute resolution, the Support Channel as the exclusive contact mechanism, and our limited role with respect to contest participants are addressed in the End User License Agreement (Sections 8.10, 29, and 31). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
